AANS Annual Scientific Meeting 2027

The AANS Annual Scientific Meeting puts neurosurgical research and its commercial suppliers in the same conversation. In 2026 it brought together 3,669 registrants from 60 countries, and 97% of attendees visited the exhibit hall. That close connection between clinical education and the exhibition is central to its character: the hall is part of the meeting, alongside scientific papers, practical teaching and professional exchange.
