IFEBP Annual Employee Benefits Conference

The Annual Employee Benefits Conference is the yearly meeting of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the largest gathering of the people who run union and public sector benefit funds in the United States. More than 5,000 attend. Last year about six in ten came from multiemployer (Taft-Hartley) funds: labor and management trustees, fund administrators and business managers from the building trades, hospitality, transportation and retail. Public sector trustees and staff made up about a seventh of the audience, and consultants, attorneys, actuaries and accountants the remainder.
