Food Ingredients China - FIC
FIC puts China’s ingredient manufacturing base alongside international suppliers of flavors, proteins, enzymes and formulation systems. The Shanghai fair drew 91,538 visitors in 2025, compared with 52,828 in 2023. Its audience spans purchasing, R&D, production and quality control, with applications running from dairy and bakery to beverages, infant formula and functional foods.
