Taiwanese suppliers form the core of FOOD TAIPEI: 873 domestic businesses exhibited alongside 351 overseas companies in 2026. The food show brought together 1,224 exhibitors from 33 countries and regions, combining regional agricultural products, frozen seafood, prepared meals, tea, snacks and ingredients with national pavilions from across Asia and beyond.
