IFFA brings the machinery and ingredients behind meat and alternative protein production into the same Frankfurt marketplace. In 2025, it drew 63,117 trade visitors from 144 countries; 74% came from outside Germany. Its 1,019 exhibitors covered the chain from slaughtering and cutting through processing, packaging and sales. That international buyer base makes the show especially relevant to equipment suppliers and processors comparing production systems across borders.
