Museum Connections brings museum shops, visitor technology and cultural-site management into the same buying conversation. In 2026, the Paris show drew 6,332 participants and 403 exhibitors. Retail accounted for 53% of exhibitors, with technology and services making up the rest: a useful balance for institutions that need both an engaging visit and revenue beyond admission.
