How it compares

Stockholm Tech Show runs the same six-theme format two weeks later at Kistamässan, with around 250 exhibitors expected in 2027. Vendors selling across Scandinavia often do both. For a buyer, Oslo is the better trip when the shortlist needs suppliers that already serve Norwegian banks, utilities and state agencies, or local data center capacity.

Tech Show London drew more than 19,000 technology professionals in 2026 and lets a team compare far more cloud, security and infrastructure vendors in one place. It is the stronger choice for a broad platform review; Oslo is smaller and closer to the Norwegian buyer.

Security teams have a specialist option in Cyber Security Nordic in Helsinki, which had 2,627 visitors and 75 exhibitors in 2025 and goes deeper on national resilience and industrial security. NDC Oslo serves software developers with a conference and partner expo, and fits engineering teams better than procurement.

Data Centre Expo Oslo runs on the same floor on the same days, so power, cooling and fiber suppliers are part of any Oslo Tech Show visit. That pairing is the show's main difference from the alternatives.

Who exhibits

The 2026 floor mixed global IT vendors with Norwegian infrastructure specialists. Dell Technologies, SAP, Fortinet and Telia were there alongside data center operators Green Mountain and Tydal Data Center, fiber and power suppliers such as GlobalConnect, Prysmian and Eaton, and integrator Atea. Because the hall is shared with the energy and smart city fairs, ABB, Kamstrup and Fjordkraft also exhibit, which helps visitors whose projects cross IT and physical infrastructure.

Oslo Tech Show 2027

This year's show adds a Hosted Buyer program, with speed meetings between exhibitors and senior buyers, a shared contact list and a dedicated lounge. NASA research engineer Dr Wendy A. Okolo and data strategist Elin Hauge are the first keynote speakers announced.

Several 2026 exhibitors have already booked larger stands, and the show again shares NOVA Spektrum with Data Centre Expo, Energimessen, Smart City & Infrastruktur and Digitalisering for offentlig sektor.

• Arrive for the morning seminars. In 2026 they filled the room on both days and carried the show's best-known speakers.
• Stay for the mingle after day one. The hall turns into an evening reception where the Tech Innovation and Girl in Tech awards are presented, and most exhibitors stay.
• If you work with foreign partners, go to the International Breakfast on day two, which brings embassies and trade delegations onto the show floor.

Exhibiting

Exhibitors pay a mandatory registration package on top of a shell stand, offered from 9 to 24 square meters with carpet, walls, spotlights and power included; a corner adds a fee. Partner packages bundle a stand with stage time and contacts from session attendees, and open-stage slots are sold only to exhibitors. It pays off for vendors selling into Norwegian enterprises and public bodies who want a stage slot alongside the stand.
