RC Show 2027

RC Show brings Canadian restaurant operators, chefs and hospitality suppliers together around the practical business of running a foodservice operation. Its first year at The International Centre in Mississauga drew more than 25,000 hospitality and foodservice professionals in 2026. Food and beverage suppliers shared the floor with equipment, technology and sustainability businesses, while stage discussions tackled labor, profitability and supply chain pressures.
