RETC puts the practical problems of tunnel construction in the same room as the companies that design, equip and support the work. The biennial conference brings together contractors, engineers, suppliers and project owners from North America and abroad. Its technical program addresses the demands of larger, deeper tunnels and more difficult ground, alongside the management, financing and design choices that determine how a project gets delivered.
