Texas Restaurant Show 2027

The Texas Restaurant Show brings Texas foodservice purchasing and bar operations into the same conversation. Its 2026 gathering drew more than 7,000 hospitality professionals from over 400 cities, with more than 600 exhibit booths. Restaurant owners, chefs and multi-unit operators share the floor with beverage directors, bar managers and hospitality entrepreneurs. That mix gives the show a clear regional purpose: connecting the businesses that supply Texas dining rooms, kitchens and drinks programs with the people who run them.
