Annual Meat Conference

The Annual Meat Conference brings grocery meat buyers together with the companies supplying their cases, packaging and operating systems. More than 460 retailer and wholesaler buyers attended in 2025, and the 2026 exhibition brought together more than 145 exhibitors. That makes AMC a concentrated meeting for the meat department, with enough supplier variety to compare fresh proteins, prepared products and the tools behind retail execution.
