Its dedicated areas cover campervans, premium vehicles, equipment, conversion components and vehicle technology. A buyer comparing specialist products across the caravanning supply chain has more reason to make Düsseldorf the main trip.

Munich earns its place when the product sits between those worlds: a campsite selling active holidays, a region promoting cycling trips, a sailing school or a dealer advising people entering caravanning. The useful distinction is breadth of consumer intent. f.re.e puts destination advice and the equipment for making a trip happen within the same conversation.

f.re.e suits travel sellers and leisure suppliers whose strongest sales tool is personal advice followed by something the customer can try.

Who exhibits

The 2026 mix included Eberhardt Travel, sailing and motor sports school Wassersport Marx, and caravan company Gérard. The directory also listed ADAC Reisebüro, ACSI der Campingspezialist and ADFC Bayern. Together they show how destinations, booking advice, camping information and practical instruction sit alongside products. Gérard's camper conversations and Wassersport Marx's sailing courses belong to the same consumer journey, even though they lead to different purchases. That variety gives the show its character beyond a conventional holiday brochure fair.

f.re.e 2027

f.re.e 2027 follows a show that paired Crete's holiday offer with cycling test rides, climbing, paddling and diving activities. The return to Munich keeps travel planning and active leisure at the center. Exhibitor registration now uses a new portal for co-exhibitors, allowing the main exhibitor to enter them directly or generate individual registration links. Stage participation also gives exhibiting businesses a way to present a talk, film or prize draw alongside their stand.

• Use the travel and water sports areas together if a sailing course or boat trip is part of the holiday you are considering; Wassersport Marx's offer spans both instruction and trips.
• Treat the cycling area as a place to test the activity as well as discuss a destination: the last show paired bicycle and e-bike trials with ADFC advice on cycling tourism.
• For a camper purchase, compare the vehicle discussion with campsite and travel advice at the same show; Gérard and ACSI represent those different parts of the trip.

Exhibiting

Stand applications book the space itself; construction and equipment are arranged separately through the Exhibitor Shop after placement is accepted. The large-exhibit tariff applies when qualifying vehicles, tents, bicycles or boats occupy at least half the contiguous space. Exhibitors can add a stage presentation to reach visitors beyond the stand. The exhibitor evening takes place in the beer garden beside the f.re.e stage in Hall A5, with invitations sent separately.
