The 2025 event and its co-located shows attracted 2,930 attendees from 51 countries, with a substantial delegation from neighboring ASEAN markets. That regional concentration matters for suppliers selling across national mapping agencies, utilities, construction and energy projects, where a local implementation partner can be as valuable as a new sensor.

The exhibition connects satellite imagery, ground radar, lidar, GNSS and drones with the systems that turn measurements into decisions. Digital Construction Asia, Drones & Uncrewed Asia and Ocean Connect Asia extend the conversation into buildings, autonomous data collection and coastal or subsea operations. Technical forums sit alongside policy and executive discussions. The result is a show for organizations applying spatial information across assets and jurisdictions, with Singapore serving as a meeting point for the wider APAC market.

How it compares

INTERGEO is the broader international comparison for geodesy, geoinformation and land management. Its German expo brings surveying technology and geo-IT into a large supplier marketplace, with a conference alongside the exhibition. For a buyer comparing surveying instruments, mapping software and geo-IT services, or a vendor building international distributor relationships, that breadth makes it a strong destination. Its rotating German host city also gives it a different geographic center of gravity from Singapore.

Geo Week concentrates on geospatial and built-world workflows: airborne and terrestrial lidar, reality capture, surveying, BIM and digital delivery. Its association partnerships with ASPRS and RCN and its technical workshops make it especially relevant to North American mapping and construction teams. The Salt Lake City show is a closer fit when the project pipeline and the professional network are principally in the United States.

Geo Connect Asia earns its place through regional applications and deployment partnerships. National mapping, digital underground, mining, utilities and maritime data share the agenda with construction and autonomous systems. A supplier looking for APAC deployment partners, or a public agency comparing how neighboring countries use spatial data, has a clear reason to choose Singapore. The neighboring shows bring adjacent buyers into the same conversation, particularly where one dataset has uses across infrastructure, land and water.

Geo Connect Asia is the right trip for geospatial suppliers and infrastructure teams building practical deployments and partnerships across Southeast Asia.

Who exhibits

The exhibitor mix spans surveying instruments, ground-penetrating radar, satellite imagery, GIS, lidar and remote sensing, with construction, drone and marine applications close by. Past participants Emesent and Satlab Geosolutions illustrate the link between field capture and usable spatial information. This is a useful environment for comparing how measurements become workflows for utilities, asset owners and project teams. Its value lies in those connections between technologies and regional applications, particularly when a buyer needs both a product and an implementation partner.

Geo Connect Asia 2027

Geo Connect Asia 2027 puts AI, autonomy and uncrewed systems at the center of its geospatial agenda. Digital underground, mining, GNSS and indoor mapping sit alongside coastal water mapping, utilities and construction. Ocean Connect Asia gives hydrography and marine data their own platform, while the drone and construction shows connect collection methods with end users. A Hosted Buyer Programme and business matching platform support the regional focus; the technical stages give practitioners room to discuss deployment alongside the larger policy questions.

  • Use Ocean Connect Asia for hydrography and coastal or subsea data conversations, then compare the land-based mapping applications at Geo Connect Asia.
  • If your project crosses construction and survey data, pair the Digital Construction Asia stage with the geospatial forums to connect field measurements with construction workflows.
  • Distinguish Digital Underground Connect, Geo Smart Mining and GNSS forum entitlements when choosing a conference pass; they serve different technical needs.
