Hospitality - Il Salone dell'Accoglienza 2027

Hospitality - Il Salone dell'Accoglienza is the February trade fair at the Riva del Garda exhibition center, on the northern tip of Lake Garda, and it covers the whole HoReCa supply chain under one roof: food and kitchen equipment, beverages, contract furniture and wellness, and hotel and restaurant technology.

The 2026 show, the 50th, drew about 20,000 visitors and more than 750 exhibitors across 45,000 square meters, with a large share of first-time visitors.

The audience is the people who run and fit out hospitality businesses: hotel owners and managers, restaurateurs, bar, café and pizzeria owners, campsite operators, wine resorts and spas, plus the architects and designers who work for them. A hosted buyer program brought more than 60 buyers from 21 countries in 2026.

The fair started in 1979 as Expo Riva Hotel. Its newer growth areas are open-air hospitality, with its own Outdoor Boom hall, and alcohol-free and low-alcohol drinks shown next to the mixology, craft beer and wine areas.

How it compares

  1. SigepRimini, 198K
  2. This show: Hospitality - Il Salone dell'AccoglienzaRiva del Garda
  3. InOutRimini
  4. HostMilanoMilan, every two years
  5. HotelBolzano, 19K

The closest Italian comparison is Hotel in Bolzano each October. It reports a similar audience of about 19,000 visitors but around 400 exhibitors, and it is built for hoteliers in South Tyrol and the Alpine northeast. Hospitality has the larger floor and gives restaurants, bars and campsites as much room as hotels, so a supplier selling across the whole HoReCa channel reaches more segments in Riva.

HostMilano, held every other October in Milan, is the place to compare the international makers of professional kitchens, coffee machines and bakery lines side by side. Hospitality is the better trip for an operator who wants to see equipment alongside the furniture, drinks and software a property buys for the same season.

Sigep in Rimini in January is far larger, with about 1,400 exhibitors and 198,000 visitors in 2026, but it centers on gelato, pastry, bakery and coffee. InOut, held with TTG in Rimini in October, suits contract and interior buyers planning a hotel refit.

Hospitality is the strongest choice for independent hotels, restaurants and campsites in northern Italy that buy across categories, and its February dates fall before the lake and mountain season opens.

The right trip for hotel, restaurant, bar and campsite operators in northern Italy who want to source food, drinks, furnishings and technology for the coming season in one visit.

Who exhibits

More than 750 companies exhibit, from national brands to regional dealers and producers. Angelo Po shows professional kitchens, Agugiaro & Figna Molini brings its Le 5 Stagioni flours to the Food & Equipment halls, Ancap shows hotel and restaurant porcelain, and Alliance Laundry covers laundry equipment in the contract halls. About 80 independent wineries pour in Spazio Vignaiolo, while craft brewers and spirits producers fill Solobirra and Riva Pianeta Mixology.

Hospitality - Il Salone dell'Accoglienza 2027

The 51st show keeps the four-day Monday to Thursday format and the same four areas: Beverage, Food & Equipment, Contract & Wellness and Renovation & Tech. It is the first show under the new Infinite perspectives campaign, which the organizer will run for the next three years.

Open-air hospitality is again a lead theme after the Outdoor Boom hall was reworked in 2026, and the Out&About program, introduced in 2026, continues to take networking events into the town of Riva del Garda in the evenings.

  • Solobirra, Riva Pianeta Mixology and Spazio Vignaiolo in Hall B4 open only on the first three days, so bar and wine buyers should cover them by Wednesday.
  • Book Mixology Club masterclasses and The Spirits Escape through the Hospitality Digital Space app before arriving; both run on limited places.
  • Buyers new to the show should apply to the Hospitality Buyer Programme: first-time applicants get priority, and accepted buyers get free entry with lunch plus help with travel and hotels.
  • Campsite and open-air operators should plan time in the Outdoor Boom hall and its arena, where FAITA FederCamping runs the program on open-air tourism.

Exhibiting

Space is sold as bare area per square meter, with a lower rate for larger stands, surcharges for each extra open side and a discount for bookings made by the end of June. Exhibitors also pay a compulsory registration fee and a digital platform fee that covers badge scanning. It pays off for suppliers whose customers are independent hotels, restaurants, bars and campsites in northern Italy, a market that is hard to reach one property at a time.
