Directors account for 30% of its audience, managers for 20%, and practitioners for 23%, with the program spanning identity, cloud architecture, application security, governance and career development. Financial services, healthcare, government and manufacturing all feed that mix. This is a conference with a supplier Expo, organized around the business decisions behind a security program as well as the tools used to defend it.
Last year brought participants from 20 countries and 140 exhibitors and partners. CyberRisk Alliance is building on that base with a move to Gaylord Palms, more attention to agentic AI, and The Exchange, a curated meeting program for senior decision-makers. The result is a useful setting for teams that need their technical leads and security executives to leave with a shared view of risk, investment and implementation.
How it compares
- RSAC ConferenceSan Francisco, 44K
- Black Hat USALas Vegas, 23K
- This show: InfoSec WorldOrlando, 1,762
RSAC Conference is the broader marketplace choice. Its San Francisco gathering brings cybersecurity vendors, policymakers, researchers and AI innovators into one large industry meeting, with an Expo and startup programs for buyers looking across many product categories. InfoSec World gives a security team a more concentrated conference setting in which to connect vendor conversations with governance, operating decisions and professional development.
For exploit research, offensive-security skills and open-source tools, Black Hat USA in Las Vegas offers a different center of gravity: expert-led training, technical Briefings, Arsenal demonstrations and a Business Hall. That makes it a strong counterpart for engineers who need to understand how attacks work and how defenses are tested.
InfoSec World earns its place when a team needs to bring those technical questions back to the organization: who owns the risk, how identity and cloud controls fit together, how AI should be governed, and what a security leader can defend to the board. Its spring and summer alternatives cover the wider market and specialist research; this fall gathering connects security practice to management.
InfoSec World is the trip for security teams that need their technical controls, risk decisions and leadership priorities to line up.
Who exhibits
The supplier mix connects established platforms with specialist security providers. Thales and SailPoint put data protection and identity on the floor, while Huntress, Censys and Horizon3.ai bring detection, exposure and testing into the conversation. Ridge IT Cyber leads the sponsorship roster, alongside providers such as Rubrik and TrendAI. Sponsor Tech Theater sessions run inside the Expo program, so product discussions sit alongside the conference’s wider questions about resilience, AI and organizational risk.

InfoSec World 2026
The move to Gaylord Palms is the largest change for 2026. The All Access Pass replaces the World Pass and adds small-group speaker sessions, a VIP reception and a dedicated lounge. Agentic AI and threat-focused summits sit alongside tracks on AI risk, identity and infrastructure defense. Women at InfoSec World has its own program within the main conference. The Expo’s welcome and networking receptions, followed by a closing gathering on Mangrove Lawn, keep supplier and peer conversations woven into the conference.
- Choose All Access if the small-group speaker sessions and surrounding workshops are central to your trip; they are part of that pass’s program.
- The Exchange is an invitation-only meeting program for senior decision-makers. Accepted participants must complete their scheduled meetings to retain its pass and travel benefits.
- Sponsor Tech Theater talks continue during the Expo receptions, making those gatherings useful for both product discussions and peer conversations.
- The Grip app keeps bookmarked sessions and confirmed meetings together in your schedule; arrive early for a seat in the sessions you select.
Exhibiting
The sponsorship roster spans major security platforms, specialist providers and a separate startup tier. Tech Theater presentations give suppliers a way to connect a product with practical problems discussed in the conference. The Exchange adds curated conversations with senior buyers, making this a relevant setting for providers selling into security leadership and operational teams.
