ISM Manufacturing

ISM Manufacturing puts confectionery and snack production equipment beside the companies that make and sell the finished products. The Cologne supplier fair continues the role of ProSweets Cologne within a shared ISM family, alongside ingredients and branded sweets. Its scope runs from processing machinery and packaging materials to automation, quality management and plant support equipment. The organizer expects 250 manufacturing exhibitors from 20 countries in 2027.
