Nearly 6,000 professionals from 89 countries attended the Glasgow conference in 2025. Researchers, pharmaceutical teams, consultancies, payers, regulators and patient organizations share the program, making the meeting relevant well beyond academic health economics.

The commercial exhibition sits alongside research posters. That arrangement matters: an evidence-generation team can discuss a method with its authors, then compare the data, software or consulting services needed to apply it. Issue panels, workshops, plenaries and ISPOR Forums give the event its scientific center of gravity.

The Vienna program shifts attention toward access through science and policy. Value assessment, healthcare resource allocation and the evidence needed for decisions across whole health systems frame the discussion. For suppliers, the audience is concentrated around evidence and reimbursement work; for visitors, the attraction is the connection between research, policy and practical service providers.

How it compares

  2. HTAi Annual MeetingIstanbul
  3. This show: ISPOR Europe 2026Vienna, 6,000

ISPOR is the closest alternative because it serves the same health economics and outcomes research community. Its North American meeting is the more natural trip for teams whose relationships and commercial priorities center on US healthcare. The Denver conference gives those teams another point in the annual research calendar, while Europe places access and health-system policy in a European setting. Organizations working across both regions can use the two meetings for different conversations without changing discipline.

HTAi Annual Meeting takes a more concentrated approach to health technology assessment. Its Istanbul program focuses on HTA as a system shaper, with governance, equity, sustainability and assessment capacity prominent in the agenda. That is a strong fit for assessment bodies, policy teams and researchers concerned with how institutions use evidence and build their decision processes.

ISPOR Europe earns its place when the task crosses those boundaries: developing outcomes evidence, discussing its use with healthcare stakeholders, and comparing commercial partners that can supply data, analysis or market-access support. The poster and exhibition combination makes it particularly useful for a team that needs both scientific discussion and supplier evaluation during the same trip.

ISPOR Europe is the right trip for teams that need to connect healthcare evidence, European access decisions and the partners who deliver the research.

Who exhibits

The floor mixes large research and consulting groups with data platforms and specialist access firms. Parexel, Cencora and Certara sit alongside Flatiron Health, Truveta and Datavant, while specialist consultancies bring narrower evidence and reimbursement capabilities. Academic and assessment organizations, including Bristol Medical School and NICE, broaden the conversation beyond commercial services. This is a supplier market for healthcare evidence, analysis and access support, with research posters keeping scientific work close to the sales discussion.

ISPOR Europe 2026

Vienna takes over from Glasgow with a program organized around “Shaping the Future of Access Through Science and Policy.” The plenaries examine what healthcare value measures capture, how systems allocate resources, and what future evidence must deliver. Featured speakers come from Amgros, AstraZeneca and WifOR Institute. Research posters, guided tours and the exhibition remain closely connected, while Taste of Vienna brings locally inspired food and drink to participating sponsor booths.

  • Use the guided poster tours to discuss selected research with both the guide and its authors; the poster sessions also have dedicated presenter discussion periods.
  • Taste of Vienna takes place across participating sponsor booths, making the reception a useful way to continue conversations with service providers.
  • Choose separately registered short courses for focused training in research methods; each course has its own registration alongside the main conference.

Exhibiting

The prospectus offers inline, premium and island exhibit-space packages, with liability insurance included. Exhibiting suits teams selling data, HEOR analysis and access support who can connect their offering to the research under discussion. Private and exhibit-hall meeting rooms are reserved for Corporate Partners and Year-Round Conference Sponsors.
