Its 2025 show in Guadalajara drew 6,655 visitors from an international community spanning 52 countries, with Colombia, Guatemala, Brazil, Costa Rica, Peru and Argentina among the markets represented. The 207 exhibitors covered the chain from substrates and prepress to printing, converting and inspection.

Formerly Labelexpo Mexico, the show has adopted a wider package printing brief while retaining its label industry base. Flexible packaging and folding cartons now sit alongside labels in the event's identity. That makes the conversation relevant to converters expanding their production capabilities as well as established label printers replacing equipment or changing materials. Live demonstrations of digital and conventional presses are central to the visit: the machinery, software and consumables can be considered together as parts of a connected production route. The biennial event alternates between Mexico City and Guadalajara.

How it compares

  1. This show: LOUPE MexicoMexico City, every two years
  2. EXPO PACK MexicoMexico City, every two years
  3. LOUPE AmericasChicago, every two years

For a converter serving Mexico or neighboring Latin American markets, LOUPE Mexico puts specialist print suppliers in the same room as the local converter community. Its value is the concentration on labels and package printing, including the materials, prepress and finishing decisions that determine how a press fits into an existing operation. A business extending from labels into flexible packaging or folding cartons can compare those production requirements within the same supplier setting.

LOUPE Americas is the more natural choice when the buying brief centers on North America. It covers the same print technologies and adds a substantial conference program, live demonstrations and the Label Industry Awards. Mexico offers a regional gathering for Latin American converter relationships; Americas brings that discussion into the North American production market.

EXPO PACK Mexico takes a broader view of the factory. Its 2026 show had 740 exhibiting companies covering packaging and processing for food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, personal care and other manufacturing sectors. Choose it when filling, packing, automation and processing are part of the project. LOUPE Mexico is the closer fit when the investment is in producing the printed label or package itself, from substrate selection through the finished converted product.

LOUPE Mexico suits converters building label and package printing capacity for Mexico and the wider Latin American market.

Who exhibits

Avery Dennison and Cosmo Films bring the substrate side into a supplier mix that also includes Esko's prepress and workflow tools. Domino and Durst represent digital printing, while Cartes and Dimatra connect the discussion to finishing and converting. The combination matters for a converter assessing a complete production route: a new press changes demands on materials, artwork preparation and the equipment downstream. The floor also includes inks, inspection, web handling, dies and software, alongside the presses.
