SACHSENBACK
SACHSENBACK brings the bakery and confectionery trade of central and eastern Germany to Dresden. Its appeal is the concentration of craft businesses and suppliers who work in the same regional market. The 2024 show attracted 6,913 visitors and 209 exhibitors; production equipment, ingredients, shop design and the bakery café business all belong in the same conversation here.
