What this site collects

• Intake form: name, work email, company, role, and what you tell us about your show. Used only to respond to your request and prepare your sample.
• Client portal: your login email and the engagement data we prepare for your organization.
• Analytics: cookieless, aggregate page analytics. No advertising trackers, no tracking cookies, no data sales.

How engagement research works

HallBrief deliverables are built from permitted public, licensed, and client-provided event signals. We store the source and retrieval date for material claims. Person-level information is used only for the commissioning client's project, is never pooled across clients, and is deleted after the stated retention period in your agreement.

Storage & processors

Data is stored with Supabase (database and authentication) and Vercel (hosting), with payments processed by Stripe. Each processes data under its own security and privacy terms; we don't give them rights to use your data for anything else.
