Engagement terms — summary

The signed Statement of Work governs each engagement. This page summarizes the standard commercial terms so there are no surprises.

Commercials

• 50% deposit at booking reserves the delivery window; 50% due on delivery.
• Fixed scope: company counts, research counts, and brief counts are capped per package.
• One consolidated revision round is included.
• Rush delivery (under 7 business days) is +30% where capacity allows.

What we commit to

• Complete coverage of the published company universe in scope.
• Evidence citations on material claims, with source and retrieval date.
• Human verification of Tier 1 accounts before delivery.
• Explicit attendance-confidence labels on every named person.

What we don't promise

• No guarantee that any inferred person will attend an event.
• No guaranteed meetings or revenue outcomes — we prepare your team; your team sells.
• No resale rights to raw source data; deliverables are for your internal use.

Data

• Client-provided data is used only for your engagement and returned or deleted on request.
• Person-level data carries a stated retention period, after which it is deleted.
• You are responsible for compliance of any outreach your team sends using the deliverables.
