2027 Annual Conference & Solutions EXPO

LeadingAge Texas brings nonprofit aging services providers into the same room as the companies that support their communities.

Life plan communities are central to the audience, alongside residential care, skilled nursing, affordable housing and home-based services. The Annual Conference & Solutions EXPO combines clinical education with the management questions that shape these organizations: staffing, financial performance, governance, technology and the resident experience.

The supplier floor is integrated into an association conference. Exhibitors join the wider program, while an Executive Level Exchange connects them with senior provider leaders. Lunch and happy hour in the expo give operating teams and vendors time together without competing education sessions. This matters for services that require agreement across finance, care and operations. The show moves around Texas; after Austin in 2026, the next gathering brings that statewide network to Allen.

How it compares

  1. This show: 2027 Annual Conference & Solutions EXPOAllen, 500
  2. LeadingAge Annual MeetingPhiladelphia, 6,000

LeadingAge Annual Meeting widens the frame beyond Texas. Its E2 expo combines suppliers with hands-on experiences, research and themed gathering spaces, making it a useful choice for teams comparing the broader aging services market. A company seeking customers across several states has a different reason to invest there than a supplier building relationships with Texas nonprofit communities. The Texas conference concentrates those state relationships within an education program closely tied to day-to-day provider work.

LeadingAge Leadership Summit serves a more executive agenda in Washington. Organizational resilience, workforce strategy, growth, technology and board health sit alongside federal advocacy and Lobby Day. It suits a leadership team that wants to compare strategic decisions with national peers or work on policy. LeadingAge Texas gives a wider operational team a reason to travel together, with clinical, community experience and management tracks as well as the supplier floor.

For a Texas life plan community, the attraction is the combination of peers and practical vendors in one association setting. Pharmacy, dining, rehabilitation, financial advice and building design all appeared in the last supplier list. Those are connected operating decisions, and the conference provides a place to discuss them across disciplines. The national meeting adds breadth; the summit adds executive and policy depth; Texas offers a concentrated regional provider network.

LeadingAge Texas is the right trip for nonprofit aging services teams and suppliers whose next decisions depend on relationships with Texas providers.

Who exhibits

The 2026 supplier list connected clinical systems with the business of running a community. PointClickCare and Yardi sat alongside Ben E. Keith Company, Pi Architects and Ziegler, spanning care technology, dining supply, design and finance. Pharmacy and rehabilitation were substantial parts of the category list too. This is a floor for comparing services across a provider organization, with resident care and community operations in the same conversation.

2027 Annual Conference & Solutions EXPO

LeadingAge Texas 2027 moves from Austin to the Marriott Dallas Allen Hotel & Convention Center under the theme The Power of Now. The education program is organized around Clinical Excellence, Strategic Vision, Optimized Operations and Thriving Communities. The Showcase gives leadership cohort participants a platform to present projects developed around challenges in aging services. On the expo side, Featured Booth Experiences recognize interactive demonstrations, tastings, wellness activities and other approved experiences.

  • Use Optimized Operations for staffing, finance and technology questions; Clinical Excellence addresses nursing, dementia care and infection prevention.
  • Use the expo lunch and happy hour to compare suppliers during dedicated expo time.
  • Visit The Showcase to hear leadership cohort projects on problems facing aging services organizations.

Exhibiting

Exhibiting requires approved business membership and a separate booth registration. Standard and premium booths include basic equipment and two full-conference registrations; full-booth floor covering must be ordered separately through Superior Expo Services. The Executive Level Exchange and attendee service-interest matching suit suppliers selling across senior management and operating teams. Space selection follows registration priority, while a Featured Booth Experience requires advance approval.
